PERFORMANCE TEAMS
CBC is proud to offer selected students the opportunity to be part of our competition team.
From Sub junior through to Seniors selected students that have been recognised as dedicated, passionate and show potential to perform or show the desire for a dance career are given the opportunity to join the CBC competition Team.
Those that are selected are required to show commitment to all round training genres, weekly team training and out of class rehearsals. The Team students are also those that show the desire to pursue a career or further education training in dance.
Team dancers are given wonderful opportunities. The CBC competition team have for the last two years have represented Team England to compete in the Dance World Cup in Portugal and Prague where our Team were crowned World Champions. Our dancers also compete in the prestigious All England Dance competitions where again our Team have been awarded Gold at National Finals. We encourage our dancers to audition for events such as London Children’s Ballet, Royal Ballet Associates programmes and The National Youth Ballet of GB increasing their training opprortunies,
The team have had huge success and have created so many wonderful dance memories as well as life long skills and friendships in the process.
